MCS M560 is an 18-MOSFET water-cooled electric motorcycle controller with 200 A maximum bus current and 560 A maximum phase current. It supports 48–80 V nominal battery systems, up to 95 V at full charge, and 3,000–6,000 W tile-magnet motors.
Functions
Bluetooth tuning, approximately 30-second motor self-learning, BOOST, eTCS, OTA updates, adjustable EBS regeneration, cruise control, low-speed reverse, hill hold, hill-descent assistance and side-stand/READY interlock are supported. Availability and behavior must match the selected vehicle version and firmware.
Fitment and ordering
Choose the version matched to your vehicle. Some vehicles require a dedicated adapter harness. Before ordering, confirm the model and year and provide clear photos of the display and original controller connectors. Battery, BMS, motor and installation clearance must also be checked.
Water cooling
The water-cooled base can connect to an optional external pump and cooling module. Under the confirmed comparison conditions, enabling water circulation reduced controller temperature by approximately 15–20 °C. Actual temperature depends on load, installation, coolant flow and ambient conditions. The external pump assembly is sold separately.
