MCS M1000 is a 24-MOSFET high-power water-cooled electric motorcycle controller with 450 A maximum bus current and 1,000 A maximum phase current. It supports 48–80 V nominal battery systems, up to 95 V at full charge, 5,000–10,000 W tile-magnet motors and 32,400 W maximum input power.
Functions
Bluetooth tuning, approximately 30-second motor self-learning, BOOST, eTCS, OTA updates, adjustable EBS regeneration, cruise control, low-speed reverse, hill hold, hill-descent assistance and side-stand/READY interlock are supported. Availability and behavior must match the selected vehicle version and firmware.
Fitment and ordering
All supported vehicles use the matching adapter harness, which is included in the price. Before ordering, confirm the model and year and provide clear photos of the display and original controller connectors. Battery, BMS, motor and installation clearance must be checked.
Water cooling
The full aluminium water-cooled base connects through the included water fittings to an optional external pump and cooling module. Under the confirmed comparison conditions, enabling water circulation reduced controller temperature by approximately 15–20 °C. Actual temperature depends on load, installation, coolant flow and ambient conditions. The external pump assembly is not included.

Controller size: 189 × 118 × 55 mm. Net weight: approximately 1,950 g. The selected vehicle adapter harness and water fittings are included. Model-specific covers or brackets are included only when explicitly stated for that version.
Warranty
One-year warranty. Maximum current and power figures are peak limits, not continuous-output ratings.
